WINTER
This butter is making me mad
When warm weather comes I’ll be glad
You think that you found
Soft butter in the pound
When you spread you will find
You were had

SUMMER
It is difficult very to spread
Runny butter upon toast or on bread
It is simply like painting on ghee
And is really most awkward for me
I think I’ll have honey instead!
