Sadly, you might not get to take
Edward home from the Lotus Lake
Many Greek legends tell (in rhyme)
Of adventurers who were lost in time
Living with the Lotus-eaters
(Life snatchers, people cheaters)

And found later, gaunt and thin
Staring in space with a silly grin
Dreaming for ever of a life so merry
