The very best pizzas in the land
Are made by Clifford’s skilful hand
Most important is the crust
Thin and crispy is a must
Tomato paste or tomato relish
Chilli chutney hot and hellish

What comes next is up to you,
Fillings plentiful or few.

Ham and salami
Bacon, pastrami
Sliced polonie
Pepperoni

Beef cheeks / sliced leeks
Red onions, finely chopped

Anchovies and olives scatter on top
Pineapple, capsicum
Thyme, oreganum

Then if you please
Buffalo mozzarella cheese,

Aaah bellisimo!
